Elbakidze New York is building Borigali, a permanent Earthwork memorial to the victims of the Ethnic Cleansing of Georgians in Abkhazia during the Georgians-Abkhazia Conflict of 1992-1994 and 1998.
Borigali, designed by Nicholas V. Elbakidze, will be erected in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York at the former location of the Genesis Music Group Inc, Brooklyn, NY 11211.
